Returns

BuyIt USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of wrong products shipped caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer’s responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to ButIt USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Damaged / Defective Items

BuyIt USA will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Shipping of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, BuyIt USA, at their discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise the claim will be denied.

  1. Send e-mail to info@buyit-usa.com
  2. If applicable, provide all documented evidence of damage & reason for return.
  3. BuyIt USA representative will provide you with an RA# for an approved return.
  4. Please write this RA# on the outside of your return, and “Attention: BuyIt USA Return.”
  5. We will process your return and contact you confirming your return or exchange.

All returns and refunds are for the amount charged to the customer at the time of receipt.
